Mohammed Alomran is an accomplished HR leader with over 20 years of expertise in HR strategy, organizational development, talent management, and particularly in Learning & Development. He has a proven track record of building highly productive teams and establishing effective practices. Mohammed has successfully implemented HR policies that enhance governance, recruitment, employee development, performance, and succession planning, contributing to both the bottom line and the top line, directly and indirectly.

Since the early 2000s, Mohammed has been engaged in the development of young Saudi talents and supporting their adaptation to the evolving job market. From working on attracting and training young talents in 2001 to recently directing strategic HR agendas that engage them and foster their growth, he remains committed to his passion and to enabling the success of the next generation of professionals and businesses.
